They advertise products online to look better that what the product is. This location in particulate is super crowded, long lines, not adequately staffed. The staff members who helped me with the product issue all were all SO nice. They get 5 stars. But Dick’s as a store, super lame to falsely advertise! Very unfair.

I have never had a good experience here. I recently tried to use a coupon on a box of overpriced golf balls, but was told that the brand was not available for promotions like that. So I looked up the brands that are excluded from promotions and found an exhaustive list of what seemed to be everything in the store. The list told me everything I needed to know about the character of the company. I won't be back.

Be careful when buying shoes here. Once they leave the store you can't bring them back for any reason. I bought a 200$ pair of shoes for the wife because we thought they were gonna be comfortable. Turns out she didn't like them and only wore them 3 times for the whole month we had them. The receipt says 90 day return policy(?) When asked why they couldn't take them back it's because they said they couldn't sell them as new. Well no shit. The place isn't called "Dicks used sporting goods." I wouldn't expect you to try to resell them as new cause that would be shady. And the shoes still look brand new! Isn't stuff like this built into the business model? They certainly aren't offering any customer satisfaction here. I came to you guys and bought what I thought would have been a comfortable pair of shoes (for 200$ they better be) but wasn't. I didn't get a refund or anything. Just a "tough luck" attitude. I will not be buying anything from here again.

This was my first time to this store and I was getting back into my competitive running regime. I needed a new pair of training shoes but I overpronate so I only can wear shoes with significant structure. I went to one of the local running stores but they didn't have as much variety although I found some shoes there that would have worked. When I got to Dick's I have to be honest I was pleased but overwhelmed as there were hundreds of shoes to select from but after narrowing down my unique need probably only 8 or 10 pairs would work. I was greeted by Bryan and he took a lot of time for me and with me probably an hour and a half as we tried on different shoes and I expressed the needs that I had. He was patient and friendly and pointed me to certain shoes and brought out probably 20 pairs of shoes to try on as I had to slip in my orthotic and try them. I wrote down about 8 or 10 shoes that I had liked and kind of ranked them and told him I wouldn't be buying at that moment because I needed to process which ones I ranked.. I didn't want to pressured salesman type of situation and I didn't get that with this young man. Then on the way out I ran into a manager Mia and two of her collea

Great place to get your athletic gear. Went looking for a catchers outfit for my boy. The staff was helpful but the store does need a way to flag help down just cause of the shear size of it, I had hard time getting help to find the gear.. But the most impressive area is the climbing wall. I can't say enough about the young guy working it. He taught my boy how to climb the wall and helped my boy conquer his fear of climbing to the top. He rung the bell several times. The wall is a must try.
